Violating the Code of Conduct

A violation of the duties mentioned above is considered misconduct. Serious misbehavior is a major and persistent violation of the duties mentioned above. Misconduct that is shown to occur might result in a warning and punishment. Serious misbehavior, if proven, will result in dismissal, i.e., termination without cause, and the Organization holds the right to pursue all available legal remedies
Here are some particular instances of the kinds of unacceptable conduct that might be considered misconduct and result in formal warnings, final warnings, or termination after due process. The following list is not meant to be all-inclusive or to suggest that there won’t be any more instances of dishonesty and misconduct that call for or might lead to disciplinary action, which could include removal from service, being taken in the case of a matter dismissal. There is no set sequence in which these samples are listed

In the Organization’s best interests, the Z-JANS Chairman authority shall retain the ability to approve or decide on any situations, circumstances, and exceptions outside this policy’s parameters
